April 9, 2024:
The 8th graders, with their teacher, Mrs. Hughes and their chaperones, Ms. Belizario, Mr. Kwock and Dr. McGowan boarded a BART train bright and early to spend a day with other 8th graders from the Oakland Diocese at the Cathedral of Christ the Light. They enjoyed perfect weather as they sang along to Mr. Nelson's tunes on the Plaza, enjoyed the motivational message presented by Justin Fatica and prayed along with a couple hundred others at a solemn liturgy presided by Bishop Michael Barber. A good time was had by all.
